June 2, 2011 – It was our good fortune and great pleasure to have Bret serve as our Realtor. We very much enjoyed the process of meeting him and sharing with him our hope to buy property in the Truckee area. Bret kept us well informed about available homes, and spent a great deal of time showing us a variety of neighborhoods and types of houses. He is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate field. We especially enjoyed his personal touch, honesty, and good humor all during the time it took us to purchase a home. During the escrow process Bret helped us through all the paperwork and even provided a list of services in the area to help us care for our new house.
