We recently completed our 3rd real estate transaction with Bret, 2 of which were in the last 3 months. Bret sold us our first Truckee vacation home 15 years ago. When we decided to become permanent Truckee residents, he helped us find our dream home and sell our vacation home. We looked for more than a year to find the right house and Bret was more than patient with us during a trying time in the real estate market. He never let us lose faith that we would find the right house. He helped us make reasonable compromises while paying a fair market price, in spite of somewhat unrealistic sellers. The sale of our vacation home was quick and painless – Bret took care of all the details.
But equally important – Bret is a likable guy with a great sense of humor. We always had a good time when looking at homes! We would highly recommend Bret to our friends and family.
