Tahoe Donner Real Estate Street Map

Tahoe Donner is Truckee’s largest 2nd home subdivision.  In-fact, around 75% of the homes in Tahoe Donner are not full-time residences.  Did you know that Tahoe Donner is the largest planned unit development ever in the United States?  It is.  Around 6400 homes sites were on the original plans, and I can vaguely remember when some of it was still dirt road and it was vastly un-inhabited.  For almost 20 years now, I have specialized in Tahoe Donner real estate, and it is where the many of the 2nd homeowners I meet ultimately settle in to.  Here is link to a map for you to print-out and use should you need.
